How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your dashboard under Settings. If you need help, email us at support@dwellyo.ai and we'll assist you.
Is the app free for buyers?
Yes. Dwellyo is completely free for home buyers. You can search properties, save favorites, use the AI assistant, and message agents at no cost.
What devices does Dwellyo support?
Dwellyo is available as a web app at www.dwellyo.ai, on iPhone via the App Store, and on Android via Google Play. All platforms sync your data automatically.
How do I contact my agent through the app?
Use the Messages tab to start a conversation with your agent directly. You can also send messages from any property listing page.
